Custom gift wrapping and basket orders are created specifically for you based on your specifications. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
We strive to complete all orders within the timeframe discussed at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Zenppatelierei is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
